Meet Eric
Hey I’m Eric! Health & Fitness have been a passion of mine for over 20 years. I love being active in the outdoors and blessed to call Colorado home. In my spare time I’m usually hiking Colorado’s tallest peaks “14ers” (above 14,000ft), biking, skiing, or cold plunging in rivers and alpine lakes. For me staying healthy and fit is not a fad or short term trend…it’s apart of my lifestyle and who I am.
I believe that our physical health can have an impact on all other areas of our lives; it affects our mood and energy levels for work and family time, our mental and emotional health, how well we manage stress, and so much more….this is why I firmly believe our health is our most important asset, and there’s no better investment someone can make than in their health.
I enjoy working with individuals across all health & fitness levels, and love showing people how to create healthy lifestyle habits that can last a lifetime. Prior to health coaching, I had the opportunity to work with over 1,000 collegiate athletes across 17 different sports…so whether you’re an athlete, just starting your healthy lifestyle journey, or somewhere in between, I will customize a plan to match your health & fitness goals.
